ANMP group guide
Goals
Level 4, group guide is the first level of supervision recognized in France.
This level requires high technical and theoretical skills and this training requires a real investment on your part.
Confronted with most delicate diving situations, you will be able , at the end of the training, to guide and ensure the safety of a group of divers up to 40 m.
required conditions
Be Level 3 minimum and in good physical condition.
Be in possession of a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of diving for less than 3 months.
Have a minimum of 60 dives.
Have experience in deep diving.
Have a regular practice.
Process
After a first day of making contact and checking your skills, the following days will take place as follows:
Morning: Meeting 7.45. Swimming and technical diving. Debriefing follow-up.
Afternoon: Meeting at 2.00 p.m. Diving "group guidance". Debriefing follow-up and possibly theoretical review.
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
Final exam the last two days: Swimming, assistance and group guide test. Theoretical examination, oral seamanship, equipment and first aid.

Group guidance
Theoretical:
Physics, Anatomy / physiology, diving accident, Environment and knowledge of the environment, use and interpretation of dive computers, seamanship, first aid, diving equipment.
Recommendations
It is essential to prepare before attending a Level 4 training!
Practice swimming and snorkeling.
Find your feelings (sometimes distant ...) to achieve satisfactory rescues.
And work the theory before you come! Some theoretical revision courses can be scheduled but we will not review all the theoretical knowledge during your internship!
